ECA-500k
EIS to 500 kHz with low-level current measurement.
A potentiostat and impedance analyser for routine impedance measurements up to 500 kHz. It shares the 24-bit ADC and ±2 V, 50 mA potentiostat of the ECA-5M at half the price, with a 25 MSPS DAC and 100 fF capacitance resolution.
